Project Name:Sany Pumping Medium & Small Components AS/RS Sorting

Function Overview:To meet MES information requirements, the medium & small components automated warehouse is deployed. AGVs deliver materials to loading stations, and robots perform automatic feeding. On the sorting line, technologies including vision comparison and QR code identification are adopted to classify various workpieces required for pump truck production. Robots pick and place workpieces into bins, then AGVs transport the bins to respective demand stations.

Overall Dimensions:Medium & small parts sorting area: 31.6M*13.3M; bending area: 18.8M*13.7M; bin combining area: 18M*7.3M

Compatibility:Supports sorting of approximately 1000 types of materials for 3 vehicle models
