Fault Description

Alarm (E1124) Axis 3 Deviation Error occurs during operation; during inspection, alarm (E1028) Axis 3 Motor Overload appears when running. The Axis 3 reducer has oil leakage and deteriorated oil (measured value: 0.012). A snapping sound is heard at the moment when Axis 3 is jogged. The current sometimes exceeds 50A during automatic operation, the motor gets severely overheated and triggers overload alarm.
